How I look after your details

Last updated 14 October 2026. This covers this website only. The Aro app will have its own, fuller privacy notice before anyone uses it with real information.

Who I am

Aro is run by Nat Sweeney in Hertfordshire, UK. You can reach me at hello@arofamily.co.uk.

What I collect

This website doesn’t ask you to sign up, and it doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind.

If you email me, for example to join the testers, I’ll have your email address and whatever you choose to write. Please don’t send details about your child’s needs or health.

What I use it for

• To reply to you.
• To invite you to test Aro, and to send you updates about testing if you’ve asked to join.

I won’t sell your details, share them with anyone else for their own use, or add you to any other mailing list. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing me.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to delete it, or 12 months after testing finishes, whichever comes first.

Other services this site uses

• Cloudflare hosts this website and handles email sent to arofamily.co.uk.
• Google provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google Fonts when the page loads. Emails to me are also stored in Gmail.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or tell me to stop contacting you. Just email hello@arofamily.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
